APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Read the "Letter To Applicant"
2. Review the "Scholarship Criteria"
3. Fill out the "Scholarship Application"
These documents can be printed by opening each one and going to File, Print.
4. Completed forms must be given to your principal, school sponsor or faxed to us 404-348-4441 BY THE END OF THE SCHOOL DAY, FRIDAY, APRIL 2, 2010.
5. Applications that do not meet all of the above criteria will not be considered.
6. No late or incomplete applications will be accepted for consideration.
7. $20.00 application fee is to be submitted with the application. The application fee can be paid via check made payable to Tim Redovian Memorial Fund, OR via credit card below through PayPal. Please note your payment confirmation number on your application form (if paid by credit card through TRMF) on your application form where indicated.
8. Winners will be notified via phone and/or email provided by applicant on application form.

Audition times will be randomly selected and the audition schedule will be posted on the scholarship page on
www.timredovian.org by
Friday, April 9, 2010.
10. Auditions will take place Saturday, April 17, 2010.at the DeKalb School of the Arts (DSA) 1192 Clarendon Avenue, Avondale Estates, GA 30002-1970.
